Terms of Service

1. About the service

The platform is a marketplace that connects people who need tasks done (hirers) with people who offer services (workers). We are not a party to the contract between hirer and worker.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password private and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Payments and escrow

Hirers fund their wallet and the agreed amount is held in escrow once a worker is chosen. Funds are released to the worker when the hirer approves the work, or automatically after the review period set by the platform. A commission is deducted from the worker's earnings.

Payments and conduct

All payments must be made through the platform wallet and escrow. Cash payments, direct bank transfers, requests for phone numbers or other contact details, links, and off-platform payment arrangements are prohibited and are blocked automatically. Repeated attempts lead to suspension. Staff may review messages for safety and dispute resolution.

4. Disputes

If the parties disagree, either may open a dispute. Our team reviews the evidence and decides how the escrowed amount is shared. Decisions are final within the platform.

5. Prohibited use

No illegal services, exam malpractice, fake reviews, harassment, or taking payments outside the platform to avoid fees.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
