Name, email, phone number, campus, profile details, identity documents you upload for verification, task and message content, and payment records.

How we use it

To run the marketplace, verify identity, process payments and withdrawals, prevent fraud, send service notifications and provide support.

Who sees it

Other members see your name, campus, rating and profile. Identity documents are visible only to authorised staff. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can view and correct your details in your profile, and ask us to delete your account when you have no active jobs or wallet balance.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, identity documents are kept in private storage and payments are recorded in a ledger.
