How does escrow protect me?
When you choose a worker, the agreed amount moves from your wallet into escrow. The worker can see the money is locked, so they can start with confidence. You release it only when you are happy with the job. If something goes wrong, you can open a dispute and our team reviews it.
How do I pay for a task?
Fund your wallet by bank transfer (or card when enabled), then accept an offer on your task or hire a service. The money is locked in escrow immediately.
How do workers get paid?
When the hirer approves the work, your earnings (minus the platform commission) appear in your wallet. Add your bank account and verify your identity to withdraw.
What does it cost?
Posting tasks is free. The platform takes a small commission from the worker's earnings when a job is completed, and a small fee applies per withdrawal. Both are shown before you confirm.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Verification keeps the community safe. Workers with a verified badge get more trust and more jobs, and verification is required before withdrawing.
What if the worker does not finish the job?
Open a dispute from the task page. The money stays locked while our team reviews messages and evidence, then it is refunded to you, released to the worker, or split fairly.
What if the hirer does not respond after I finish?
After you submit your work, the hirer has a few days to review it. If they do not respond, payment is released to you automatically.
Can I offer a service without waiting for tasks?
Yes. Post a service with your price, and people on your campus can hire you directly with one tap.
What is the difference between on-campus and off-campus?
On-campus covers hostels, the library, lecture halls and departments. Off-campus covers apartments and neighbourhoods around the university. Choose the zone that matches where the work happens.
How can I earn by referring friends?
Share your referral code from the Refer and earn page. When a friend you invited completes their first paid job, a bonus is added to your wallet.
