Stay safe on DHiveWork

• No cash and no outside payments. Every payment must be made through your DHiveWork wallet and escrow. Never pay or accept cash, bank transfers, mobile-money or card details outside the app, and never share phone numbers, emails or links. Messages that try to do this are blocked, and repeated attempts suspend the account.
• Keep payments and conversations on the platform. Escrow only protects you when you pay through the app.
• Meet in public, well-lit campus areas where possible.
• Check the worker's rating, reviews and verified badge before you hire.
• Never share your password or one-time codes with anyone, including people claiming to be staff.
• Report anything suspicious using the report button on any listing.
